Due to the sensitive nature of these products, we are committed to applying the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and packaging to ensure the safety and freshness of your order until delivery.

The customer is responsible for receiving the order at the scheduled time, as delays in receiving the order may affect product quality, which becomes outside the store’s responsibility after delivery.


Prices & Weights

Some seafood products are sold based on approximate weight before cleaning or cutting; therefore, slight differences in final weight may occur after preparation. Fish House reserves the right to update prices according to market changes or seasonal availability without prior notice.


Product Availability

We work daily to provide products with the highest possible quality. However, some items may be affected by fishing seasons or supply conditions. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Fish House reserves the right to modify or partially cancel the order while notifying the customer and refunding the value of the unavailable product.


Delivery

Fish House offers delivery services within Qatif, its surrounding areas, and all cities in the Eastern Province according to available coverage zones. Customers are required to provide accurate information, including address and contact number, to ensure fast and accurate delivery.

The store is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information or failure of the customer to respond to the delivery representative.

Customers must contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide photos showing the issue, if applicable.
